• Registration doesn't confirm admission.
• The provisional admission in class XI will be granted on the basis of average marks obtained by students in two Pre - Boards and will be confirmed after declaration of CBSE Board result and acquiring the requisite percentage (for the students appearing in class X from DPS Bulandshahr) failing which, the child will be shifted to the stream for which he/she is eligible as per the table given below.
• The provisional admission will be granted on the basis of written examination followed by personal interaction with the admission committee and will be confirmed after declaration of CBSE Board result and acquiring the requisite percentage (for the students appearing in class X from other schools) failing which, the child will be shifted to the stream for which he/she is eligible as per the table given below.
• No fee will be refunded, once admission formalities are completed (provisional admission number allotted). Also, in case of class XI no fee will be refunded if any student doesn’t want to continue his/her studies in the stream offered to him/her on the basis of CBSE Board result.
• In case the classes run through Online platform as per the guidelines of Govt. of India/ State, the parents will have to pay the fee as per norms decided by the State Govt., failing which, the admission of the student shall stand cancelled.
• Admission Fee must be deposited within 3 days after the confirmation of admission.
• Due to a limited number of seats, only shortlisted candidates will be called for interaction/written entrance test.
• Final list of eligible candidates for admission (after interaction/entrance test ) will be subject to availability of seats.
• List of short listed candidates will be put up online as well as on the notice board in the school reception.
• Separate registration form should be filled for twins/Siblings.
• Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Since limited transport facilities are available on specific routes, admission will not automatically ensure a seat in the school bus. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover there is no provision for using 2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon. Kindly note that Pre-Primary school bus routes are limited and different from the Senior school bus routes.
• The school discourages students commuting to school via private vans keeping in mind their safety and well-being.
• It is the responsibility of the parent to clarify school transport related details before initiating the admission process. Request for change in bus route will not be entertained after admission.
• List of short listed candidates will be put up online as well as on the notice board of the school reception.
• All relevant documents will be verified during the admission process. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies.
• Please ensure that the Birth Certificate carries the name of the child as entered on the application form.
• Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.
• In case of any non-compliance, the admission will stand cancelled.

• Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority (Only for Nursery & Prep).
• Photograph of Applicant,Mother and Father
• Residence Proof - (any one) - Ration Card /Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents, Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents, Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card issued in the name of the parents.
• Proof of Sibling(s) (ID Card of Sibling [2022-23])
• Alumni Proof of Father and Mother (School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet).
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
