• Application forms will be available online from Sunday, October 10, 2022.
• Please keep the hard copy of the duly filled registration form for future reference.

Kindly Note:

• Registration doesn't confirm admission.
• Above age criteria and other conditions for admission are subject to change as per the policies recommended by New National Education Policy- 2020.
• Progress report of the last grade/class of the student to be uploaded online (except Nursery and Prep).
• Mid-term report card of the current grade/class to be uploaded online (in case of job transfer of Mother/Father - except Nursery and Prep).
• There will be written assessment (except Nursery) followed by interaction with the Admission Committee.
• Admission Fee must be deposited within 3 days after the confirmation of admission.
• No fee will be refunded, once admission formalities are completed(provisional admission number allotted).
• Separate registration form should be filled for twins & Siblings.
• Due to a limited number of seats, only shortlisted candidates will be called for interaction/written entrance test.
• Final list of eligible candidates for admission (after interaction/entrance test ) will be subject to availability of seats.
• Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Since limited transport facilities are available on specific routes, admission will not automatically ensure a seat in the school bus. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover there is no provision for using 2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon. Kindly note that Pre-Primary school bus routes are limited and different from the Senior school bus routes.
• The school discourages students commuting to school via private vans keeping in mind their safety and well-being.
• It is the responsibility of the parent to clarify school transport related details before initiating the admission process. Request for change in bus route will not be entertained after admission.
• List of short listed candidates will be put up online as well as on the notice board of the school reception.
• All relevant documents will be verified during the admission process. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies.
• Please ensure that the Birth Certificate carries the name of the child as entered on the application form.
• Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.
• In case of any non-compliance, the admission will stand cancelled.
• We strictly adhere to the safety norms against COVID-19 as instructed by the Ministry of Education, the CBSE and the Goverment of India.

1. This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your application. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.
3. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use `TAB KEY` or mouse control for the same.
4. Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page.
